Last night I went to Little Tokyo to explore the Cuisine of Japan (if we get to an Italian place (and an Irish place) we'll have all the old Axis powers together again.) We went to a small sushi place where I promptly ordered a plate of pork sausages with spicy mustard. They were delicious.
